Initialement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Kantar en France en 2010, cet indice fournit un aper\u00e7u des sentiments des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pour le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2023, l&rsquo;indice de confiance des consommateurs montre une l\u00e9g\u00e8re remont\u00e9e par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent,<\/b> bien qu&rsquo;il reste nettement en de\u00e7\u00e0 de l&rsquo;indice du premier trimestre 2020 (pr\u00e9-COVID). Une observation majeure est la perception positive de la situation actuelle et future de l&#8217;emploi, avec un indice \u00e9lev\u00e9 de 86.<\/p>\n<p>Cette perception a connu une progression r\u00e9guli\u00e8re depuis le creux atteint au troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2020, au c\u0153ur de la crise COVID. L\u2019indice mesurant la perception des consommateurs quant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de leurs revenus, a connu une remont\u00e9e significative depuis 2022 pour atteindre au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2023 un niveau relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9 (73).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019indice relatif aux perspectives d&rsquo;achats de biens durables reste modeste (52), malgr\u00e9 une remont\u00e9e importante depuis un an. Cet indice avait en effet atteint son niveau le plus bas au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2022. Il en est de m\u00eame pour l\u2019indice qui refl\u00e8te la perception de la situation \u00e9conomique, qui est jug\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0pas bonne\u00a0\u00bb par 69% des consommateurs.
