Les centres commerciaux sont devenus des lieux incontournables non seulement du paysage de Maurice, mais un lieu de rencontres, de d\u00e9tente, de d\u00e9couverte et biens\u00fbr, un lieu d\u2019achat. Ils sont \u00e9galement devenus des hubs commerciaux incontournables pour une multitude de services et de produits, qui d\u00e9sormais ont du mal \u00e0 exister en solo.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5 fusion-text-no-margin\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;--awb-margin-bottom:50px;\"><p>On distingue 3 grands types de centres\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les Centres Destinations, comme Bagatelle, Caudan ou La Croisette<\/li>\n<li>Les Centres R\u00e9gionaux, avec deux sous-cat\u00e9gories, ceux des Plaines Wilhems et les centres p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques. Ces centres ont une zone de chalandise plus limit\u00e9es et un ancrage fort dans leur r\u00e9gion.<\/li>\n<li>Et enfin les centres et galeries commerciales dans les centres villes, qui aujourd\u2019hui ont une client\u00e8le de proximit\u00e9 essentiellement. Globalement, le nombre de centres grandissant, leur accessibilit\u00e9 s\u2019am\u00e9liorant, les centres vont devoir redoubler d\u2019efforts pour conserver leur client\u00e8le et en attirer de nouvelle. On note pour autant, que la mission principale des shoppers dans ces centres reste de faire ses courses dans le supermarch\u00e9, suivi par manger au food-court. Pour les centres C\u0153ur de Flacq et C\u0153ur de Ville, l\u2019hypermarch\u00e9 est, apr\u00e8s la proximit\u00e9, la principale motivation mais aussi la principale mission des visiteurs.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-5 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-7 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p>Les Destinations ont \u00e9galement des client\u00e8les et des performances tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes en termes de visites, mais en revanche l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client n\u2019est pas fonci\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente. Ainsi le choix de Bagatelle est nettement port\u00e9 par l\u2019offre de magasins alors que les visiteurs de Caudan sont motiv\u00e9s par la beaut\u00e9 du lieu. Le cas de Caudan est sp\u00e9cifique, car il n\u2019est pas vraiment per\u00e7u comme un centre commercial, mais plus comme un quartier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le paysage commercial continue \u00e0 \u00e9voluer. Si le centre commercial reste un lieu d\u2019attraction fort pour les shoppers, on peut d\u00e8s maintenant s&rsquo;interroger : comment\u00a0 les \u00e9volutions sociales, culturelles et \u00e9conomiques vont-elles modifier les comportements ?
