Il faut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des d\u00e9cennies pour noter une \u00e9volution du syst\u00e8me de valeurs au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. En moins de 5 ans, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 mauricienne enregistre un changement fondamental dans son syst\u00e8me de valeurs.<\/p>\n<h4>Les valeurs individualistes chutent au profit des valeurs universelles et sociales.<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>On recherche plus aujourd\u2019hui un monde en paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 familiale alors qu\u2019il y a 3 ans, la vie confortable \u00e9tait la valeur partag\u00e9e par le plus grand nombre de Mauriciens. L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020 a forc\u00e9 les Mauriciens \u00e0 \u00e9voluer et il semblerait qu\u2019il en restera des traces durables dans leur syst\u00e8me de valeurs.<\/p>\n<h4>La jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration perd son innocence et se concentre sur un id\u00e9al de vie bas\u00e9 sur le bonheur, la paix et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/h4>\n<p>La libert\u00e9 et avoir une vie passionnante entrent \u00e9galement dans les 10 premi\u00e8res valeurs, montrant ainsi la prise de conscience que r\u00e9ussir sa vie ne passerait pas forc\u00e9ment par l\u2019accomplissement et la consommation. Il semblerait que les plus jeunes fassent face \u00e0 une prise de conscience existentielle acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e par les \u00e9v\u00e8nements de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Ils sont d\u2019ailleurs plus d\u2019un tiers \u00e0 accorder plus d\u2019attention aux initiatives li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019environnement. On note une vraie remise en question des priorit\u00e9s, l\u2019\u00e9panouissement et la r\u00e9ussite personnelle ne sont plus \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour pour les Millennials.
